We have been developing Romania's job market since 1999
Gi Group was established in Romania in April 2009 when the company made a strategic acquisition and became the majority shareholder in Barnett McCall Recruitment (BMR) – Romanian company which has been providing executive human resources services since 1999.
Able to serve all kinds of clients, Gi Group has developed a strong expertise in large and multinational organizations, for which it has implemented global solutions apart from the classical recruitment services (e.g. Site managed Services, Relocation, Salary Survey, Outplacement, Assessment Center, etc.) through specialized divisions and dedicated local and international teams.
Founding member of AFSRU – Human Resource Services Provider Association, Gi Group Romania is involved in maintaining relationships with authorities and positively influencing the labor legislation and code in force.
