We are currently hiring a Junior Graphic Designer/ Junior DTP for a a global group of energy and petrochemical companies.

This position will be based in Bucharest, Romania, Hybrid.

The ideal candidate:

·           Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

·           1–2 years of experience in a similar role (internships or traineeships are considered)

·           Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, and Photoshop. Familiarity with other DTP tools is a plus

·           Understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and print production

·           Presentation of a portfolio with relevant projects (mandatory)

·           Efficient file management and ability to meet deadlines

·           Ability to collaborate within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and partner agencies

·           Ability to generate new ideas and adapt materials according to requirements

·           Ensuring quality and consistency across marketing materials

What you will have to do:

·           Creating digital and print marketing materials (flyers, banners, brochures, web pages)

·           Adapting and adjusting existing materials according to specifications

·           Collaborating with the creative team to ensure alignment with brand guidelines

·           Preparing files for production and distribution
